LAKE MEADOWS RESIDENCE The last home designed in a
series of subdivided parcels located in the Lake
Meadows development on the near south
side of Chicago. The residence is located on the south
east corner of 32nd and Rhodes Avenue.
The primary building elevations are facing
the streets on the west and south of the building. The program developed creates for three floors. The ground
floor contains a grand multi- level foyer with
an office, den,
exercise room and a three-car garage. The second level
features a living, dining, family room, kitchen and bathroom. The
third level consists of a master bed- room,
master bathroom, two
bedrooms and bath. The floor plan
is oriented looking south with glass area
for maximum fenestration. There are views
of the park setting to the west and
south prominent throughout the home. The modern building envelope is face
brick, lime- stone trim and glass. |
