Located in Chicago’s East Woodlawn community, this is a 150 dwelling unit apartment building. Being adjacent to a Metra Commuter Line Station qualifies this project as a transit-oriented development. Thus, reducing the number of required parking spaces.

The building will have work/live spaces at the ground level as well as a medical clinic.

Each apartment is to have a balcony. The community room on the second floor has terrace with views eastward onto the historic Jackson Park.
