infill development comprised of four vacant lots located at 61st between Indiana and Prairie in the Washington Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. These
are multi-family units with
two and three
bedrooms. The units
are flats and duplexes. To meet the local neighborhood palette this building envelope polychromatic brick, metal
bays and balconies to reflect the surroundings added
to give the simple buildings an exterior vocabulary and rhythm design. |
